Fiber Optic MBSC System
Fiber Optic mBSC System is the new generation coverage system
which contains the Master Unit(MU, at the BTS side) and the
Remote Unit(RU, at the coverage side). The Master Unit is
equipped with a number of optical interfaces depending on
the size of network. Up to four(4) Remote Units can be connected
to the Master Unit in a star or daisy chain configuration.
The Master Unit has a built-in WDM for 1310nm Downlink and
1550nm Uplink, so only one single fiber is needed to connect
the Remote Unit.
Also for the security critical applications, mBSC can be
made in reliability and redundancy with its key element such
as power amplifier, power supply and E/O module etc.
