1.Principal Mechanical Engineer

  • Responsible for the overall product line mechanical concept design and research and development activities for the advanced system thermal management.
  • Team leader in product design activities for BTI amplifier and system products.
  • More than 8 years experience in complex, high power RF systems mechanical design. Mechanical lead engineer experience is very desirable.
  • Design experiences of high power thermal management systems is required.
  • Skills in engineering management are helpful.
  • BSME degree or higher.

2.RF Design Engineer

  • Works under close supervision of Chief Technology Officer
  • Builds and fabricates radio frequency (RF) amplifiers and RF subsystems for use in wireless communications technology, applying knowledge in circuit signal systems, analog and digital signal processing and digital communication.
  • Analyzes specifications and proposals, performs detailed hybrid designs.
  • Analyzes system requirements, proposes time and cost constraints.
  • Tests and diagnoses signals, frequency, and system functions to ensure electrical performance and compatibility with electronic components.
  • Reports to CTO on test results and receives directions on production schedules, interface evaluations.
  • BSEE or MSEE with 2 years experience in RF design

3.Digital Engineer

  • Works under close supervision of Director of Engineering.
  • Researches, designs and develops systems-level software in digital hardware for Bravo Tech's wireless communication products, applying knowledge in electronic circuitry, programming, operating systems and technical testing.
  • Conducts thorough testing of electronics to ensure product quality.
  • Provides technical advice to administrative department to resolve problems.
  • Analyzes system requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
  • Consults with project director and other engineering staffs to evaluate interface between hardware and software, operational and performance requirements.
  • Researches and reports on new technology changes and incorporates them into future projects.
  • Master in Electronic Engineering or Physics with no experience required.

4. Mechanical Engineer

  • Researches, plans and designs mechanical products and systems, directs and coordinates activities involved in operation, application, installation and repair of products used for wireless communication and mechanical development and implementation.
  • Works in coordination with optical engineers, researches and analyzes data, such as engineering design proposal, specifications and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
  • Analyzes hardware and software requirements to insure the compatibility between computer software and product. Incorporates software into mechanical engineering products.
  • Designs products or systems, such as instruments, controls, engines, machines and mechanical systems, applying knowledge of mechanical engineering and software programming principles.
  • BSEE or MSEE with 2 years experience in mechanical design, computer tools.

5.RF QC Engineer

  • Implements quality policy, quality plan, quality surveys and defects analysis.
  • Performs inspection of incoming products, production QA and final inspections.
  • Monitors and maintains ISO9000 Quality Records as required.
  • BSME or MSME with 4 years related working experience.

6.R&D Engineer

  • Works under close supervision of Director of Engineering.
  • Conducts fundamental research, evaluates, plans into the development of RF Linear Amplifiers for frequencies up to 3.8 GHz, RF transmitters, receivers, boosters and repeaters for various wireless standards.
  • Directs and coordinates activities involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation and modification of electronic products and systems.
  • Tests prototype products for quality assurance and makes necessary product and design corrections and changes.
  • Reports to Director of Engineering on design drawings, production status, testing results and material/labor cost analysis.
  • Attends conferences and seminars in related fields for advancement in technology knowledge.
  • B.S. (or Equiv.) in Communication Engineering. No experience required.

7.Electronic R&D Engineer

  • Research and design radio frequency power amplifiers and related electronic components and systems for wireless communications and scientific use;
  • design feed-forward and pre-distortion amplifier systems;
  • utilize electronic and electromagnetic theories and properties to preserve the linearity of the signal to prevent distortion and improve power efficiency;
  • realize, test, and fine tune the new components and systems with the aid of laboratory instruments such as signal generators, vector network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
  • Master degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

8.Electronic Engineer

  • Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot the electronic components of Bravo Tech's next generation wireless communication systems;
  • Read and analyze embedded software code to isolate and correct component level problems;
  • Conduct thorough testing on prototype systems to ensure development quality using tools such as spectrum analyzer and network analyzer;
  • Analyze project requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints;
  • Consult with projects manager and other engineer staff to evaluate interface performance requirement between system hardware and software components;
  • Research and report on new communication technology changes.
  • Master Degree in Communication and Information Systems.
